So you've stopped by to find out who The Promotional Guy is and what he's all about. Well my name is Woody Quinones and I've been married to my wife Lucretia since 1987.
Now before I go on about me, let me stop a minute and say this about my wife. Without her, I would not be the man I am nor be as successful. She is my best friend. Toughest critic. And the love of my life. We have 5 children, 4 girls and 1 boy. Their ages ranging from 13 - 26. My oldest daughter has 3 children and my second oldest has 1. That little guy to your right is my grandson. Thomas Lane Abbott. But like most grandparents we don't get to see him much, due to distance. Another thing about us, we like going to church. I don't know about you, but listening to a good sermon or reading scripture seems to quite the spirit when chaos is all around. I'm not into preaching at others, but to reflect on how I've treated others, given them hope as well as a hand when they needed it and told others about Salvation in Christ. So how did I get started as a Promotional Products Advisor? It was the Winter of 2004 and the local economy was not doing well which effected my service business. At that time I began looking for ways to suppliment my income and that's when I met Dennis. He was a promotional products dealer with Kaeser & Blair Inc. and offered me the chance to start my own dealership. What I learned about this company got my attention. Kaeser & Blair Inc. is over 100 years old. They started back in 1894. That length of time in business, plus going through the Great Depression, I thought let's do this. So I paid $85 for my dealer's kit and got started. I will admit, it was quite the learning curve for me back then. Not to mention learning about artwork, proofs, how to correctly fill out order forms, and provide a different type of customer service. But I didn't stop there. Today, I still continue to update my education through training classes or home study courses. You have to if you want to stay current on changing market trends and demands to be competitive. Being that I'm the type of person that loves to be challenged, this business is never short on challenges, which has kept me focused on what my customer wants and getting it for them. However, I have had to tell a client a time or two, "No" to a promotional because it would ruin their image. That's an area of being a Promotional Products Advisor I like. I get to help people solve their marketing problems or create programs that brings customers back to them fast, while making sure my clients never looks foolish to their customers. I hope you've gotten a peak into who The Promotional Guy is and where it all began. Now that we know each other a little better, I wouldn't mind committing myself to making your business more profitable as well as developing brand utilization using promotionals. As for resources, we use proprietary software that is state of the art which gives us access to over 800,000 promotional products from 17,000+ different USA manufacturers. Even items the Internet can't find. As for my committment level to my clients, I will never quit and I will never give up. I don't mind working into the wee hours of the morning if it will bring my client the end result they are looking for. I have a 2 simple mottos I live by.
